A purpose built factory on a green field site for a client who is a world leader in gas plasma technology.  The 60,000 sq. ft facility includes specialised heat recovery as part of the air handling system, clean rooms, specialised gas installation and a high degree of service provision.  The building was designed to both reflect the company’s image and provide a flexible workspace for future expansion.
